Over de functie In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen beleid, uitvoering en juridische zaken. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen in de Participatiewet en Inburgering naar heldere werkwijzen, signaleert knelpunten en zet verbeteracties uit. Je ondersteunt consulenten, begeleidt casuïstiekoverleggen en voert dossiercontroles uit. Samen met collega's werk je aan het verbeteren van processen binnen re-integratie, werk en participatie. Wat je gaat doen - Actualiseren van brieven, beschikkingen en rapportages in Suite voor re-integratie en inburgering. - Afstemmen van wijzigingen met juridische zaken en functioneel beheer. - Vertalen van beleid naar uitvoerbare processen, werkwijzen en werkinstructies. - Bespreken van knelpunten en verbeteringen in werkprocessen met collega's. - Signaleren van procesafwijkingen en uitzetten van verbeteracties. - Begeleiden van casuïstiekoverleggen en ondersteunen van consulenten. - Verzorgen van individuele werkbegeleiding voor consulenten. - Uitvoeren van dossiercontroles. - Monitoren van deeltaken uit het uitvoeringsplan Werk en Meedoen. - Uitwerken en onderhouden van werkprocessen en werkinstructies. - Afstemmen met de coördinator van het Werkcafé en andere kwaliteitsmedewerkers. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau (bij voorkeur SJD, rechten of bestuurskunde). - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als kwaliteitsmedewerker/adviseur binnen het sociaal domein bij een gemeente. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de Participatiewet, Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb) en aanverwante wet- en regelgeving binnen het sociaal domein. - Aantoonbare werkervaring ...
