Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van de Participatiewet en vertaalt relevante wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk. Hierbij begeleid, coach en adviseer je de medewerkers, waarbij je zorgt dat de processen effectief, efficiënt en juridisch correct verlopen. - Je coacht, adviseert en begeleidt junior kwaliteitsmedewerkers Participatiewet op die thema's die verdere verdieping behoeven. - Je coacht, adviseert en begeleidt consulenten en andere medewerkers met de nadruk op resultaatgerichtheid, rechtmatigheid, efficiëntie en effectiviteit in hun werk. - Je bewaakt en verbetert de inhoudelijke en juridische kwaliteit van beschikkingen en besluiten in het kader van de Participatiewet, zodat beslissingen goed onderbouwd en correct zijn. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op uitvoerende processen, toetst processen en concept besluiten en doet verbetervoorstellen waar dat nodig is. - Je communiceert over wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving naar de medewerkers en vertaalt deze wijzigingen naar werk- en uitvoeringsinstructies. - Je zorgt voor de kwaliteit van de documentatie binnen de afdeling, waarbij je bestaande documenten en sjablonen beoordeelt en verbetert op zowel inhoudelijk als kwalitatief niveau. - Je draagt bij aan de administratieve organisatie door het ontwerpen, actualiseren en beschrijven van werkprocessen.
