Als kwaliteitscontroleur zorg jij ervoor dat elk stuk correct en volledig volgens plan ons atelier verlaat.

Wat je doet:

  • Uitvoeren van visuele inspecties van bewerkte stukken op basis van technische tekeningen;
  • Opsporen van afwijkingen in juistheid, kwaliteit, volledigheid, properheid en schade op twee cruciale momenten: Tussen het punten en oplassen; Voor transport, wanneer alles wordt gebundeld;
  • Overleg met technisch tekenaar of projectopvolger om fouten te bespreken, recht te zetten of bij te sturen;
  • Waar nodig inspringen bij lassen, beitsen en zagen om het team te ondersteunen;
  • Een actieve rol opnemen in het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen het atelier.

Als kwaliteitscontroleur ben jij iemand die met sterk technisch inzicht, precisie en verantwoordelijkheidszin het verschil maakt binnen het atelier.

Jouw profiel:

  • Sterk technisch inzicht en de vaardigheid om technische plannen vlot te interpreteren;
  • Ervaring in montage van constructies en inzicht in hoe onderdelen samenkomen tot een kwalitatief eindproduct;
  • Een vlotte communicator met een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl;
  • Een scherp oog voor detail en flexibiliteit in opstart- en einduren;
  • Gedreven om actief bij te dragen aan verbeteringsprocessen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen;
  • Pluspunten zoals ervaring met heftruck en rolbrug;
  • Nederlandstalig met basiskennis Frans/Engels.
