Iedere dag verwerken en verpakken wij met passie de lekkerste noten, pitten, zaden en gedroogde vruchten voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker (QA) speel jij een belangrijke rol in het borgen en verder verbeteren van onze kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsprocessen. Je ondersteunt bij het bewaken van onze kwaliteitsstandaarden, legt bevindingen zorgvuldig vast en werkt samen met collega's aan structurele verbeteringen. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring krijg je hierin steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen bij het borgen en bewaken van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsprocessen. - Toezien op de naleving van HACCP-, BRC- en voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen. - Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen. - Ondersteunen bij interne audits en het voorbereiden en opvolgen van kwaliteitsinspecties. - Meewerken aan corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA) en het bewaken van de opvolging. - Beheren en actualiseren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie, registraties en procedures. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van Productie op het gebied van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en bijdragen aan het continu verbeteren van het QA- en kwaliteitssysteem.
