Je verbindt beleid en uitvoering binnen een samenwerkingsorganisatie van 14 gemeenten die schoolverzuim, thuiszitten en voortijdig schoolverlaten helpt voorkomen. - Je adviseert over procesoptimalisatie, werkprocessen en informatievoorziening. - Je richt werkprocessen digitaal in, beschrijft deze en borgt transparantie en uniformiteit. - Je ondersteunt de Planning & Control-cyclus, waaronder jaarverslagen en managementrapportages. - Je levert statistische informatie aan en beantwoordt vragen over privacy en gegevensbescherming, waaronder AVG en WPG. - Je vertaalt voorschriften en contractuele afspraken naar uitvoerbare acties. - Je beheert de website en het regionale intranet. - Je werkt samen met teamleiders, beleidsadviseurs, collega's en externe partners. - Je neemt deel aan projectgroepen, expertmeetings en overleggen. - Je voert operationele werkzaamheden uit die bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van het RBL. Eisen voor deze opdracht - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding. - Je hebt ervaring met het digitaal inrichten, beschrijven en verbeteren van werkprocessen. - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met privacy- en gegevensbeschermingswetgeving, waaronder AVG en WPG. - Je hebt kennis van archiefwetgeving. - Je hebt sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-36 uur per week. - Je neemt minimaal één relevante referentie uit de afgelopen vijf jaar op in je cv voor werkzaamheden van vergelijkbare aard en omvang, inclusief organisatie, naam en functie van de contactpersoon en contactgegevens. - Je bent inzetbaar via detachering in loond...
