In het kort: Je gaat binnen het sociaal domein met focus op jeugd de kwaliteit van uitvoering bewaken, processen verbeteren, collega’s coachen, beleid vertalen naar praktijk en de gemeente vertegenwoordigen in bezwaarprocedures en samenwerkingen met partners. Kwaliteitsmedewerker sociaal domein (accent jeugd) Als kwaliteitsmedewerker werk je binnen het Sociaal Domein met de focus op Jeugd. De focus kan liggen op jeugd in het algemeen en leerlingenvervoer, maar ook het Doorstroompunt en de leerplichtwet. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen beleid en uitvoering en zorgt dat collega’s hun werk goed en zorgvuldig kunnen doen. Je coacht en ondersteunt medewerkers, bewaakt de kwaliteit en helpt bij het verbeteren van processen. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - toetsen en evalueren van de uitvoering van wet- en regelgeving; - signaleren van risico’s, knelpunten en verbeterkansen; - vertalen van beleids- en juridische kaders naar de dagelijkse praktijk; - adviseren over kwaliteit en dienstverlening aan collega's en lokale partners; - vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente in bezwaarprocedures; - onderhouden van contact met lokale partners; - actualiseren en efficiënt inrichten van interne processen door het procesmatig analyseren van knelpunten en structurele verbeteringen initiëren. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin verschillende belangen samenkomen: jeugdigen, ouders/verzorgers, scholen, zorgaanbieders en gemeentelijke afdelingen. Je weet hierin professioneel te balanceren en handelt zorgvuldig, ook bij spanningsvolle situaties. Daarnaast heb je oog voor de balans tussen handhaving en maatwerk en kun je omgaan met situaties waarin belangen stevig tegenover elkaar staan. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerende collega’s, beleidsmedewerkers, teammanagers en externe partners binnen het sociaal domein.
