Je gaat aan de slag bij een financieel gezond familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in hoogwaardige linnen- en weefproducten. Het volledige productieproces vindt plaats op één locatie, van het ruwe doek tot het afgewerkte product. Daardoor krijg je inzicht in de verschillende productiestappen en zie je hoe jouw werk bijdraagt aan het eindresultaat. Je maakt deel uit van een team waarin kennis en ervaring worden gedeeld. Dankzij de begeleiding en de korte communicatielijnen leer je de werking goed kennen en krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je controleert ruw linnen en geweven stoffen op fouten, onzuiverheden en afwijkingen in de structuur en je herstelt kleine beschadigingen en stopt weefsels handmatig waar nodig
  • Je inspecteert stoffen na bewerkingen zoals wassen en verven op kleur, structuur en kwaliteit en je merkt afwijkingen op en geeft deze correct door
  • Je denkt mee na over mogelijke verbeteringen en werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen
  • Je leert verschillende materialen en weeftechnieken kennen en bouwt je technische kennis verder op
  • Je krijgt zo een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin nauwkeurigheid en praktisch inzicht belangrijk zijn
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en merkt kleine afwijkingen op en je werkt graag nauwkeurig en hebt interesse in fijn herstelwerk
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en communiceert duidelijk
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de textielsector of in een technische productieomgeving en je staat open om nieuwe technieken en materialen te leren kennen
