" Dit ga je doen De casuïstiek binnen Wmo en Jeugd neemt toe en wordt complexer. Daarom breiden we ons cluster uit met een derde kwaliteitsmedewerker Wmo & Jeugd. In deze rol ben je de juridische vraagbaak bij complexe casussen, klachten, bezwaar- en beroepszaken. Je toetst besluiten en de inzet van voorzieningen aan de relevante wet- en regelgeving, houdt wetswijzigingen bij en vertaalt deze naar heldere werkinstructies, werkprocessen en formats. Je signaleert waar de uitvoering beter kan en komt snel met concrete, bruikbare verbetervoorstellen. Ook coach en train je collega's bij juridische en kwaliteitsvraagstukken. Je staat letterlijk en figuurlijk midden in de organisatie: als spin in het web tussen toegang, backoffice en functioneel beheer. Je adviseert de teamleider en werkt veel samen met beleid, Samen Doen, leerplichtambtenaren en het ondersteuningsteam. Je overziet het hele proces, brengt verschillende belangen bij elkaar en durft positie in te nemen wanneer dat nodig is. De diversiteit aan onderwerpen is groot en jouw adviesrol is stevig.
