Kwaliteitsmedewerker Zorg 24-28 uur ZIO Eerstelijnszorg Over ZIO Eerstelijnszorg ZIO, Zorg in Ontwikkeling, is een eerstelijns organisatie die huisartsen in de regio Maastricht & Heuvelland ondersteunt bij hun bedrijfsvoering waaronder chronische zorg, scholing, personeel en kwaliteit. Het gezamenlijk borgen en continu verbeteren van kwaliteit binnen de huisartsenzorg is één van de belangrijkste speerpunten van onze organisatie. Voor onze afdeling Kwaliteit zoeken wij een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige Kwaliteitsmedewerker Zorg . Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ondersteun je ZIO en aangesloten huisartsenpraktijken bij het ontwikkelen, implementeren, bewaken en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsbeleid. Je draagt zorg voor systematische kwaliteitsborging conform wet- en regelgeving, interne beleidskaders en geldende normen binnen de huisartsenzorg. Je ondersteunt werkzaamheden die voortkomen uit certificeringstrajecten bij aangesloten praktijkhouders en levert een bijdrage aan het behouden en verder ontwikkelen van het koepelcertificaat binnen de multisite-certificering. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor collega's en huisartsenpraktijken op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en continu verbeteren. Jouw werkzaamheden: • Begeleiden en uitvoeren van interne audits binnen ZIO en aangesloten huisartsenpraktijken. • Ondersteunen van huisartsenpraktijken bij certificeringstrajecten en externe audits. • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en ondersteunen bij het doorvoeren van verbetermaatregelen. • Beheren, onderhouden en optimaliseren van het kwaliteitssysteem Zenya. • Verwerken, analyseren en opvolgen van meldingen, incidenten en verbetervoorstellen. • Opstellen van kwaliteitsrapportages, analyses en managementinformatie. • Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding, uitvoering en doorontwikkeling van kwaliteitsbeleid. • Adviseren van collega's en huisartsenpraktijken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en continu verbeteren...
