Ben jij iemand die graag het verschil ziet tussen "oké" en écht topkwaliteit? Dan voel je je hier helemaal thuis. Voor een innovatieve productieomgeving in regio Oudenaarde zoeken we een operator kwaliteitscontrole die graag de puntjes op de i zet.

Als operator kwaliteitscontrole kom je terecht in een modern labo waar kwaliteit centraal staat. Samen met een hecht team zorg je ervoor dat grondstoffen, processen en eindproducten voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden. Hier krijg je bovendien de kans om mee te denken over verbeteringen én werk je met het oog op een vast contract.

Jobomschrijving

Hou jij ervan om structuur te brengen in kwaliteit en geen detail over het hoofd te zien? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven.

Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze grondstoffen

  • Leveringen controleren: visuele check, stalen nemen en waar nodig extra analyses.
  • Nakijken of de juiste certificaten zijn meegeleverd (en schakelen met aankoop als er iets ontbreekt).
  • Grondstoffen correct vrijgeven, labelen en registreren in SAP (status zichtbaar op de vloer én administratief correct).

Jij houdt de kwaliteit van het eindproduct onder controle

  • Standaardmetingen uitvoeren op granulaat (bv. vocht, asgehalte, …) volgens planning.
  • Extra controles doen bij afwijkingen of vermoedelijke problemen, zodat er snel kan worden bijgestuurd.
  • Cross-checks uitvoeren op metingen uit productie (bv. bulkdensiteit).
  • Testen uitvoeren op proefstukjes gemaakt met de injectiemachine (bv. buigtesten, brandtesten, …).
  • Retourproducten beoordelen: terug op stock, recyclage of afval — en dit correct registreren.

Jij zorgt dat alles traceerbaar en betrouwbaar blijft

  • Vrijgaveformulieren, barcode-etiketten en documenten aanmaken zodat enkel de juiste kwaliteit gebruikt wordt.
  • Meettoestellen opvolgen via interne controles, zodat resultaten betrouwbaar blijven.
  • Afwijkingen? Jij hebt een duidelijke signaalfunctie richting team, productie en betrokken partijen.

Jij houdt het team flexibel

  • In drukke periodes spring je bij door specifieke taken over te nemen binnen het labo of in ondersteuning van andere teams, zodat alles blijft doorlopen.

Ben jij iemand die graag zeker is dat alles klopt tot in de kleinste details? Dan zoeken wij jou!

  • Als operator kwaliteitscontrole werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma of hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een labo- of productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met meetapparatuur, kwaliteitscontroles of productieprocessen is een mooie troef.
  • Als operator kwaliteitscontrole kan je vlot werken met pc-toepassingen; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Engels en/of Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig waar nodig, maar voelt je ook sterk binnen een team.
  • Problemen zie jij niet als obstakels, maar als kansen om oplossingen te vinden.
