Als Kwaliteitsregisseur Vastgoedonderhoud ben je de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering. Je bent zichtbaar op onze onderhouds-, renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten en ondersteunt de projectteams om kwaliteit gedurende het hele proces te verbeteren en te borgen. Daarbij controleer je niet alleen de kwaliteit van het werk, maar help je collega's ook om verbeteringen in de praktijk toe te passen. Kwaliteitsrondes zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je bespreekt wat je ziet, legt uit waarom iets anders of beter kan en maakt samen met het team duidelijke afspraken. Gaat iets juist goed? Dan zorg je dat die kennis ook op andere projecten wordt gebruikt. In deze rol: - Voer je kwaliteitsrondes, controles en inspecties uit op onze projecten - Bespreek je bevindingen direct met collega's en vertaal je deze naar praktische verbeteringen - Coach je projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en vaklieden in kwaliteitsbewust werken - Herken je risico's vroegtijdig en onderzoek je de oorzaak van terugkerende afwijkingen - Ondersteun je projectteams bij kwaliteitsplannen, keuringsmomenten en opleveringen - Deel je goede werkwijzen en verbeteringen met andere projectteams - Monitor je ontwikkelingen in kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en faalkosten en bespreek je deze periodiek met projectteams en management - Werk je samen met de projectteams en KAM-afdeling aan het verder verbeteren en borgen van kwaliteit Wat breng je mee? - Een bouwkundige achtergrond en minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld door een opleiding richting Bouwkunde, Vastgoed of een vergelijkbare richting - Relevante ervaring binnen vastgoedonderhoud, renovatie of verduurzaming - Voldoende bouwkundige kennis om de kwaliteit van werkzaamheden en detailleringen goed te...
