Kwaliteitstoetser Schulddienstverlening Wil jij bijdragen aan betere schulddienstverlening voor de inwoners in Eindhoven? Als Kwaliteitstoetser Schulddienstverlening bewaak jij de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en zorg je ervoor dat besluiten, rapportages en processen zorgvuldig, rechtmatig en consistent worden toegepast. Met jouw kritische blik en oog voor detail help je collega's om de best mogelijke dienstverlening te bieden aan inwoners voor wie het (tijdelijk) financieel tegenzit. Jouw rol: Als Kwaliteitstoetser Schulddienstverlening draag je bij aan een rechtmatige, doeltreffende en mensgerichte uitvoering van de schuldhulpverlening door de kwaliteit van besluiten, dossiers en werkprocessen te toetsen, verbeterkansen te signaleren en collega's te ondersteunen bij het continu verbeteren van de dienstverlening aan inwoners. - Je werkt aan het toetsen van dossiers, plannen van aanpak en besluiten op kwaliteit, rechtmatigheid, naleving van wet- en regelgeving en toepassing van de menselijke maat. - Je signaleert risico's, afwijkingen, kwaliteitsknelpunten en verbeterkansen binnen de uitvoering van de schuldhulpverlening en vertaalt deze naar concrete aanbevelingen. - Je stelt rapportages op over bevindingen, trends en kwaliteitsontwikkelingen en levert input voor de doorontwikkeling van processen, beleid en werkinstructies. - Je coacht en ondersteunt collega's bij de juiste toepassing van wet- en regelgeving, gemeentelijk beleid, kwaliteitsnormen en methodieken binnen de schuldhulpverlening. - Je draagt bij aan een lerende organisatie door kennis te delen, kwaliteitsbewustzijn te vergroten en een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan complexe casuïstiek, vak ontwikkeling en kwaliteitsvraagstukken. - Je bewaakt de uniformiteit en consistentie van de dienstverlening en stimuleert een klantgerichte, effectieve en rechtmatige uitvoering van de schuldhulpverlening.
