Wie zoeken we?

Je bent iemand die kwaliteit tot in de details bewaakt, maar tegelijk pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht te werk gaat.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor in Chemie, Biochemie, Voedings- en Dieetkunde, Voedingstechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteit in de voedingssector.
  • Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen zoals BRC, HACCP en/of IFS.
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Een proactieve en flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je kan goed werken met het Office-pakket.
  • De mogelijkheid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen Beerse en Westerlo.

Functieomschrijving

Als Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie.

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze kwaliteitsstandaarden niet alleen worden bewaakt, maar ook voortdurend worden verbeterd. Je combineert analyses, controles en procesoptimalisatie met een actieve rol in audits, klachtenbeheer en kwaliteitsprojecten.
  • Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan een kwaliteitscultuur waarin voedselveiligheid, innovatie en verbetering centraal staan.

Je takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van analyses op mixen en eindproducten.
  • Controleren en interpreteren van registraties, grafieken en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Mee ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en implementeren van procedures en processen.
  • Opvolgen en afhandelen van klachten en afwijkingen.Actief ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.
  • Samenwerken met diverse afdelingen om kwaliteitsverbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Regelmatig overleg met het kwaliteitsteam van een zusterbedrijf.
  • Waken over de naleving van kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
