Als Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke ben jij de drijvende kracht binnen een vooruitstrevend familiebedrijf in een technische nichemarkt. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen de werkvloer en het management. In deze rol krijg je de volledige vrijheid om het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem vorm te geven, bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren en onze kwaliteitsstandaarden naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Je zet het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem op en houdt het up-to-date.
  • Je analyseert werkmethodes, voert data-analyses uit en vertaalt trends naar concrete actieplannen.
  • Je organiseert inkomende, proces- en eindcontroles en volgt non-conformiteiten nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent de lijm tussen productie, engineering, aankoop en logistiek, en ondersteunt bij klantcommunicatie over kwaliteit.
  • Je stimuleert continue verbetering en krijgt collega's moeiteloos mee in jouw verbetertrajecten.

Wat breng je mee? Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring), gecombineerd met relevante QA/QC-ervaring in een productie- of technische omgeving. Een hands-on mentaliteit: je bent analytisch sterk, maar voelt je vooral thuis op de werkvloer. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je schakelt vlot tussen operatoren en directie. Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en audits is een mooie troef. Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een sterke plus.
