Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen een nichemarkt van de chemische sector zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke die bereid is te werken in een ploegensysteem. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze producten en diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen zoals productie, R&D en logistiek om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten voldoen aan de strengste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je komt terecht in een warme, familiale omgeving. Ondanks de internationale aanwezigheid blijven de Belgische _oots en de persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan. Met een brede productportfolio en een eigen R&D-afdeling zetten we sterk in op innovatie en duurzame groei.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op inkomende, geproduceerde en uitgaande goederen
  • Analyseer je de productieprocessen en identificeer je verbeterpunten die de efficiëntie en productkwaliteit kunnen verhogen
  • Rapporteer je kwaliteitsproblemen tijdig en adviseer je de juiste oplossingen om deze problemen te verhelpen
  • Train en ondersteun je medewerkers op het gebied van kwaliteitsmanagement en bied je hulp bij scanning- en rapporteringsproblemen in de productieomgeving
  • Je hebt een diploma binnen chemie behaald, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring in de sector
  • Je hebt een sterke beheersing van de gangbare Microsoft Office-programma's, zoals Outlook, Excel en Word
  • Wegens de veiligheidsvoorschriften spreekt je vlot Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en voelt je comfortabel in een tweetalige werkomgeving
