Introductie

Voor een internationaal actieve organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke. In deze sleutelrol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het kwaliteitsbeleid en de voedselveiligheid binnen een moderne productieomgeving.

Je combineert een sterke kennis van kwaliteit met een uitgesproken hands-on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Je stuurt het kwaliteitsteam aan, begeleidt audits en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsvraagstukken worden vertaald naar concrete en duurzame verbeteringen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van 5 medewerkers binnen kwaliteit, labo en productontwikkeling en coacht hen in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitssysteem en HACCP-plan en zorgt voor een continue optimalisatie.
  • Je begeleidt audits van klanten, certificerende instanties en overheden en volgt eventuele actiepunten nauwgezet op.
  • Je neemt de lead rond HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud en interne audits.
  • Je analyseert klachten en non-conformiteiten en zet deze om in structurele corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop, sales en management en versterkt zo het kwaliteitsbewustzijn doorheen de volledige organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voedingswetenschappen, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, chemie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een stevige kennis van HACCP en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen. Ervaring met IFS, BRC en certificatie-audits is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met klachtenbehandeling, root cause analyses en het uitwerken van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager met een analytische, gestructureerde én hands-on aanpak en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
