Ben jij een ervaren kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke en wil je impact maken in de voedingsindustrie?

Onze klant gelegen regio Wevelgem is specialist in het industrieel reinigen in de voedingssector, dit met meer dan 400 enthousiaste medewerkers en een sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Om hun groei te ondersteunen en de kwaliteit van het werk te bewaren, gaan we op zoek naar een gedreven kwaliteitsprofessional.

In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met kwaliteit te maken heeft. Je combineert audits en werfbezoeken met administratieve opvolging en het begeleiden van verbetertrajecten.

  • Uitvoeren van audits en kwaliteitscontroles op de werkvloer
  • Registreren, opvolgen en documenteren van kwaliteitsprocessen
  • Beheren en updaten van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsdocumentatie
  • Ontwikkelen en geven van opleidingen en toolboxen aan medewerkers
  • Uitvoeren van interne audits en opvolgen van verbeteracties
  • Opstellen van duidelijke rapporten na werfbezoeken

Bij onze klant krijg je de kans om jouw expertise in kwaliteit en veiligheid volop in te zetten binnen een bedrijf dat bekend staat om zijn professionaliteit in de voedingsindustrie. Je werkt vanuit Wevelgem, maar bezoekt ook regelmatig klanten ter plaatse.

  • Bachelor en minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit
  • Administratief sterk en vlot met online tools
  • Technisch inzicht in productie- en werkomgevingen
  • Sterke communicatieve en assertieve vaardigheden
  • Je spreek Nederlands en Frans op professioneel niveau
  • Flexibel: bereid om op zaterdag of 's avonds te werken om eventueel audits af te nemen
  • Pluspunt: diploma preventieadviseur niveau 3
