Je ziet wat er gebeurt op de locaties, hoort wat er leeft in teams en vertaalt dat naar verbeteringen die werken. Dat doe je niet alleen. Je werkt nauw samen in de vierhoek met de teamleider, coördinerend verpleegkundige en regiebehandelaar. Samen dragen jullie verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en ontwikkeling binnen de locatie(s). Je bent zichtbaar op de locaties, een vraagbaak voor collega's en een stevige gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden. Dit is hoe jij impact maakt: - Je signaleert risico's en verbeterkansen op teamniveau, locatieniveau of organisatieniveau. Daarnaast analyseer je ook, waaronder MIC-meldingen op locatieniveau. Je bespreekt dit binnen de vierhoek en zorgt samen voor passende opvolging en borging. - Je neemt deel aan calamiteitenonderzoeken. - Je coacht en begeleidt - in overleg met teamleiders - medewerkers en teams bij kwaliteitsvragen en versterkt methodisch werken volgens richtlijnen en het kwaliteitskader VVT. - Je voert kwaliteitsrondes, interne audits en verbetertrajecten uit en helpt teams om verbeteringen duurzaam te verankeren. - Je bent deelnemer in diverse werkgroepen en projecten om de organisatiebrede kwaliteitsontwikkeling verder vorm te geven. - Je denkt mee over protocollen, werkinstructies en organisatiebrede kwaliteitsontwikkelingen en vertaalt landelijke ontwikkelingen naar de praktijk van DrieGasthuizenGroep.
