Werken op één of meerdere locaties Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige zet je jouw expertise in op één of meerdere Omring-locaties in Den Helder. Iedere locatie heeft een eigen karakter, maar overal staat hetzelfde doel centraal: bewoners een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving bieden waar zij zich thuis voelen. Samen kijken we welke locatie het beste bij jou past. Je werkt voornamelijk doordeweeks overdag, met vaste werkdagen. Zo krijg je de ruimte om samen met collega's te bouwen aan kwaliteit en verbeteringen die écht verschil maken. Wat jij gaat doen Ben je Kwaliteitsverpleegkundige bij Omring, dan coach, begeleid en adviseer je individuele medewerkers en teams. Door het signaleren van knelpunten en het uitwerken van verbetervoorstellen weet jij op een inspirerende manier de kwaliteit van de zorg die Omring levert te bewaken en te verbeteren. Je hecht belang aan een goede samenwerking tussen de zorgteams en de overige disciplines. Als regieverpleegkundige lever je zo een actieve bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van leven, wonen en welzijn van onze cliënten. Je werkt samen met de teammanagers van deze locaties in "duaal leiderschap" binnen een zorggebied of team(s). Jij op de zorgaspecten en de teammanager op de productie- en HR aspecten. Vanuit een gezamenlijke en positieve gedachte zorg je ervoor dat zorgprocessen goed (blijven) lopen en het team samenwerkt om kwalitatief goede zorg te leveren.
