Marente team Kwaliteitsverpleegkundige in Noordwijk Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige ben jij de drijvende kracht achter kwalitatief goede en toekomstbestendige zorg. Je bewaakt en verbetert de kwaliteit van zorg, coördineert verpleegkundige processen en ondersteunt collega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Ook zorg je voor een eenduidige manier van werken op de locatie. Jij: - coacht en begeleidt collega's op de werkvloer, je helpt ze reflecteren om zelf verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en mee te zoeken naar mogelijkheden om uitdagingen op te lossen - zorg je voor onderlinge samenwerking, ook afdelingoverstijgend - stimuleert een lerende cultuur binnen de teams - signaleert verbeterkansen en start samen met collega's kleinschalige verbetertrajecten - adviseert teamleiders over kwaliteit van zorg - samen twee collega kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen en met de teams zorg je ervoor dat bewoners iedere dag de best mogelijke zorg ontvangen. Wij bieden - een vast contract, voor 28 uur per week - een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, FWG-schaal 50 afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en werkervaring minimaal € 3.502,- en maximaal € 4.822,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week - een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, vakantiegeld van 8% en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn - diverse studiemogelijkheden -...
