Voor het Koggenlandhuis te Midwoud zijn wij op zoek naar een kwaliteitsverpleegkundige die samen met collega's verder wil bouwen aan de kwaliteit van zorg, teamontwikkeling en persoonsgerichte ondersteuning van onze bewoners. Jouw rol als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige ben jij de inhoudelijke expert op het gebied van kwaliteit van zorg. Je coacht, begeleidt en adviseert zorgprofessionals en teams en ondersteunt hen bij het continu verbeteren van de zorgverlening. Je signaleert verbeterkansen, vertaalt deze naar concrete acties en weet collega's op een positieve manier hierin mee te nemen. Binnen het Koggenlandhuis werk je nauw samen met Loes, de teammanager, in een duale samenwerking. Jij richt je op de zorginhoud en kwaliteit, terwijl Loes verantwoordelijk is voor HR- en bedrijfsvoeringsvraagstukken. Samen zorgen jullie voor een professionele zorgomgeving waarin bewoners zich thuis voelen en medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Het Koggenlandhuis kent een betrokken team en een diverse bewonersgroep. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend en uitdagend. Je krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken, verbeteringen door te voeren en medewerkers te coachen in kwaliteit en deskundigheid. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer.
