Als verpleegkundige i.o. tot kwaliteitsverpleegkundige bij Cicero leer je hoe je als zorgprofessional het verschil kunt maken in de steeds complexere zorg. Je krijgt de kans om je kennis en ervaring uit te breiden en onder begeleiding te groeien naar de functie van kwaliteitsverpleegkundige. Wat ga je doen: - Meewerken en meekijken met de kwaliteitsverpleegkundige in het coördineren en regisseren van zorgprocessen. - Onder begeleiding deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen. - Leren signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen in de zorgprocessen. - Stapsgewijs jezelf ontwikkelen in het coachen en begeleiden van zorgteams. - Actief kennismaken met projecten en werkgroepen gericht op kwaliteit en innovatie. - Beschikbaar zijn als aanspreekpunt voor collega's en bewoners op basis van je huidige kennis en dit uitbreiden door opleiding en ervaring. Kortom: je krijgt de ruimte om je te ontwikkelen tot een zorginhoudelijk expert, zonder meteen alle verantwoordelijkheid zelf te dragen.
