Jouw baan In deze gecombineerde functie werk je deels als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige op de GP-afdeling en deels als verpleegkundige op de PG-afdeling binnen woonzorglocatie De Wijngaard in Bosch en Duin. Als Kwaliteitsverpleegkundige (GP) In jouw rol als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige draag je bij aan het waarborgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg op de GP-afdeling. Je: - Bewaakt en implementeert het kwaliteitsbeleid en het kwaliteitsplan; - Signaleert verbeterpunten in zorgprocessen en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties; - Coacht en ondersteunt collega's in methodisch en kwaliteitsgericht werken; - Analyseert incidenten en draagt bij aan een lerende zorgcultuur; - Werkt nauw samen met het behandelteam en andere disciplines. Als Verpleegkundige (PG) Als verpleegkundige op de PG-afdeling ben je direct betrokken bij de zorg voor onze bewoners. Je: - Verleent verpleegkundige en persoonlijke zorg; - Voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit; - Stelt zorgleefplannen op en evalueert deze; - Signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag en handelt hier adequaat naar; - Bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, naasten en collega's.
