Omschrijving opdracht Kwartiermakend manager Financiën & Control Recent hebben wij een uitvraag gedaan voor deze rol. De profielen die hierop zijn aangeboden, waren helaas te licht. Daarom zetten we deze uitvraag nogmaals uit maar met een hoger maximaal uurtarief van € 150. Takenpakket De afgelopen jaren is hard gewerkt aan het verbeteren van de dienstverlening en het verder ontwikkelen van de werkorganisatie BUCH. In de huidige context waarin de maatschappelijke opgaven complexer worden, de financiën beperkter en de eisen vanuit wet- en regelgeving toenemen, is het noodzakelijk om koersvast te blijven werken aan deze ontwikkeling. Het BUCH Bestuur heeft de opdracht gegeven om de werkorganisatie BUCH sterker en robuuster te maken om zo de groeiende complexiteit van taken en de verwachte schaalvergroting het hoofd te bieden. Er is daarbij aandacht gevraagd voor vier strategische doelen: • Verbeteren van (de borging van) de kwaliteit van het werk • Verder professionaliseren (verzakelijken) van de werkorganisatie BUCH • Versterken van de fitheid van de werkorganisatie BUCH • Transparantie in de P&C-cyclus De concernagenda 'Samen werken aan morgen' is de wijze waarop de organisatie de opdracht van het BUCH Bestuur heeft aangenomen en biedt een duidelijke koers en focus voor de werkorganisatie. Het is een strategisch sturingsinstrument dat richting geeft aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de werkorganisatie en het biedt een kader voor besluitvorming en uitvoering. De Concernagen...
