Functieomschrijving Bouw mee aan de toekomst van Pensioenfonds Schoonmaak! Pensioenfonds Schoonmaak staat voor een belangrijke ontwikkeling: het pensioenfonds gaat een eigen bestuursbureau inrichten. Hiervoor zoeken wij een ervaren kwartiermaker die deze opgave van begin tot eind vormgeeft en zorgt voor een stevig fundament voor de toekomst. Als kwartiermaker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereiding en realisatie van het nieuwe bestuursbureau. Je stelt het projectplan op, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de plannen daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Tegelijkertijd ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner en adviseur voor het bestuur. Je begeleidt het bestuur bij de uiteenlopende strategische, organisatorische en bestuurlijke vraagstukken die bij deze ontwikkeling komen kijken. Je houdt je onder meer bezig met de inrichting van de governance, de samenwerking tussen het (uitvoerend) bestuur en het bestuursbureau, de benodigde functies en verantwoordelijkheden binnen het bureau en de bijbehorende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Ook praktische zaken, zoals de huisvesting, maken deel uit van je opdracht. Samen met het bestuur geef je sturing aan de inrichting van het bestuursbureau en zorg je voor een organisatie die klaar is voor de toekomst. Daarbij combineer je een heldere visie met een pragmatische aanpak en weet je verschillende belangen en vraagstukken op een zorgvuldige manier samen te brengen. Op basis van je kennis en ervaring maak je een realistische planning met duidelijke mijlpalen. Ook geef je inzicht in je eigen verwachte tijdsbesteding voor de uitvoering van de opdracht. Het doel is helder: per 1 januari 2028 moet het bestuursbureau volledig operationeel zijn.
