Er liggen al verschillende onafhankelijke onderzoeken, transitieplannen en visies. Jouw opdracht is nadrukkelijk niet om opnieuw onderzoek te doen, maar om wat er al ligt samen te brengen en te vertalen naar heldere keuzes, prioriteiten en concrete uitvoering.
