Beoogde resultaten De opdracht is succesvol afgerond wanneer: - De huidige inrichting van concern control in kaart is gebracht en geanalyseerd; - Mogelijke inrichtingsvarianten zijn uitgewerkt, inclusief de voor- en nadelen; - Een advies is opgesteld over de gewenste positionering, taken, verantwoordelijkheden en governance van concern control; - Een implementatie- en transitieplan is uitgewerkt; - Een bestuurlijk besluitvormingsdocument is opgeleverd, inclusief een concreet voorstel voor besluitvorming door directie, college en/of gemeenteraad. Werkwijze - Opdrachtnemer bepaalt zelfstandig de wijze waarop de werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd; - Opdrachtnemer voert de opdracht naar eigen inzicht en zonder hiërarchische aansturing uit; - Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor de eigen planning en organisatie van de werkzaamheden; - Er is uitsluitend sprake van afstemming over voortgang, resultaten en deadlines; - De opdrachtnemer is zelf verantwoordelijk voor de wijze waarop de overeengekomen resultaten worden gerealiseerd.
