In het kort: Je gaat als kwartiermaker de hervorming van het sociaal domein vormgeven, programma en projecten verbinden, voortgang en financiën bewaken, samenwerking organiseren en een nieuwe werkwijze borgen binnen de organisatie. Organisatieomschrijving Waar ga je werken? Werken bij de gemeente Oisterwijk betekent werken in een prachtige omgeving. Niet voor niets wordt Oisterwijk de parel in ’t groen genoemd. De Oisterwijkse bossen en vennen zijn je achtertuin, daar loop je dus gemakkelijk even heen om je collega’s te ontmoeten of om je hoofd even leeg te maken. Wij zijn de medewerkers van de gemeente Oisterwijk: met plezier, hart voor de dorpen en hart voor elkaar staan wij dagelijks klaar voor onze inwoners. We zijn alert en gefocust op wat er in onze dorpen speelt en gaan daar actief mee aan de slag. We hebben aandacht voor elkaar en houden elkaar scherp.
