Als kwartiermaker verbind, versnel en borg je de verschillende ontwikkelingen binnen het sociaal domein. Je werkt samen met collega's, maatschappelijke partners en inwoners. Belangrijkste taken: - Vertalen van het bestaande programmaplan naar een concreet uitvoeringsprogramma met planning, resultaatafspraken en financiële sturing. - Regie voeren op de samenhang tussen de verschillende projecten binnen het programma (zoals ontwikkeling van Loket Wegwijs Oisterwijk naar een Stevig Lokaal Team, het versterken van de sociale basis en ontwikkelingen rondom specialistische ondersteuning). - Bewaken van voortgang, samenhang en resultaten en waar nodig voorstellen doen om bij te sturen. - Organiseren van de samenwerking binnen het programmateam en afspraken maken met projectleiders over resultaten, voortgang en samenhang. - Zorgen voor draagvlak bij college, gemeenteraad, maatschappelijke partners en inwoners, rekening houdend met verschillende belangen en politiek-bestuurlijke gevoeligheden. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk van partijen die bijdragen aan de doelen van het programma en zorgen dat inwoners een passende rol krijgen. - Bewaken van de financiële voortgang, hierover rapporteren en de opdrachtgever adviseren bij bijsturing. - Zorgen voor kennisoverdracht aan collega's en voor borging van de nieuwe werkwijze zodat de organisatie na afloop zelfstandig verder kan. - Onderzoeken hoe de teamontwikkeling van Beleid & Regie en programmatisch/opgavengericht werken elkaar kunnen versterken en hierover een concreet advies geven.
