Ontwikkelingen zoals Hart van de Stad, Waterfront en de Bestaande Stad vragen om een strakke, samenhangende aanpak. Als Kwartiermaker Ontwikkelorganisatie breng jij structuur, heldere prioritering en onderlinge afstemming in de totale ontwikkelportefeuille. In deze rol stuur je functioneel op programmamanagers en werk je nauw samen met het directieteam en het Teamleidersoverleg Gebiedsontwikkeling. Jij bouwt aan een bestuurbaar portfolio en borgt een toekomstbestendige werkwijze voor de organisatie. Jouw takenpakket: - Ontwikkelen en bewaken van de overkoepelende ontwikkelstrategie voor de gebiedsontwikkeling. - Borgen van de samenhang en fasering tussen grote projecten zoals Hart van de Stad en Waterfront. - Functioneel aansturen van programmamanagers vanuit heldere opdrachten en concrete kaders. - Inzichtelijk maken van knelpunten, tempoverschillen en afhankelijkheden binnen de portefeuille. - Adviseren van het directieteam over de structurele inrichting en positionering van de ontwikkelafdeling.
