The posting

Stichting Toekomstbeeld der Techniek (STT) onderzoekt hoe de inzet van technologie de toekomst kan beïnvloeden. STT staat al sinds 1968 garant voor diepgaande, noodzakelijke gesprekken over de toekomst. De komende tijd gaan we ook naar de toekomst van onze eigen organisatie kijken. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een kwartiermaker die gaat ophalen wat de behoeften zijn in ons netwerk op het gebied van toekomstonderzoek. Datum Gisteren Auteur STT De structurele financiering waarmee STT is opgebouwd, is onzeker. We willen proactief een fundament onder de organisatie leggen om het voortbestaan te garanderen. We zijn nieuwsgierig naar wat we kunnen aanbieden en wat financiële waarde heeft, zonder onze inhoudelijke en maatschappelijke positie te verliezen. Die vraag dient te worden opgehaald bij het netwerk en bij andere relevante partijen die gebaad kunnen zijn bij onze activiteiten. Daarvoor is een kwartiermaker nodig. Het uiteindelijke doel is om een werkend en gedragen financieringsmodel voor STT te ontwikkelen, gebaseerd op de behoefte van het netwerk en de aanwezige expertise. Denk bij dit model aan betaalde activiteiten zoals werksessies en presentaties, maar ook aan vraaggestuurde toekomstverkenningen, opdrachten vanuit ons expertisecentrum, projectsubsidies bij ministeries en financiering voor de vrije denkruimte die ons zo uniek maakt. Wat ga je doen? Als kwartiermaker bij STT heb je een tijdelijke en zelfstandige rol, waarbij je vanuit een open vraag toewerkt naar een concrete en beproefde aanpak. Je voert een gedegen behoefteonderzoek uit onder netwerkpartners en potentiële opdrachtgevers. Daarbij achterhaal je zowel manifeste als latente behoeften en onderzoek je welke inhoudelijke en financiële waarde STT kan bieden. Je vertaalt je bevindingen naar heldere proposities, toetst deze in de praktijk en zet waar mogelijk de eerste samenwerkingen of opdrachten in gang.
