Groei mee in een veelzijdige functie binnen een professionele kwekerij. Over het werk Je begint je werkdag tussen de planten en weet precies wat er moet gebeuren. Je helpt met het oppotten en verzorgen van gewassen, houdt de planten netjes en zorgt ervoor dat alles er verzorgd bij staat. Samen met je collega's werk je aan een kwalitatief eindproduct. Soms ligt de focus op de verzorging van het gewas, een andere dag ben je vooral bezig met het verwerken van planten of het klaarmaken van bestellingen. Ook achter de schermen is jouw inzet belangrijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kas, kwekerij en loods schoon en georganiseerd blijven en dat orders op tijd en zorgvuldig klaarstaan voor verzending. Je werkt zelfstandig waar dat kan, maar zoekt je collega's op wanneer dat nodig is. Heb je nog weinig ervaring in de plantenteelt? Geen probleem.
