O stanowisku Als kwekerijmedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat elke plant en bloem er perfect uitziet voordat deze naar de klant gaat. Dankzij jouw inzet ontvangen klanten planten en bloemen van topkwaliteit. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het klaarmaken van de planten en bloemen voor verzending - Het knippen en verwijderen van beschadigde of overtollige bladeren - Het selecteren van de beste planten op basis van kwaliteit, vorm en grootte - Het zorgvuldig inpakken van planten en bloemen in trays, dozen of containers - Het werken met verschillende gereedschappen en machines - Het netjes en veilig houden van je werkplek - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles - Het samenwerken met collega's om de dagelijkse doelen te behalen O pracodawcy Je gaat aan de slag bij een gevestigde naam in de teeltsector, gespecialiseerd in het kweken van hoogwaardige sierplanten.
