The posting

En tant que KYC Analyst, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la revue des dossiers Know Your Customer (KYC) pour des clients Corporate Banking, afin de garantir que les informations et documents clients sont complets, exacts et conformes aux exigences réglementaires.

Vous serez notamment en charge de :

  • Gérer un portefeuille de clients Corporate et réaliser les revues et recertifications KYC.
  • Analyser les informations clients et identifier les documents nécessaires à la mise à jour des dossiers.
  • Examiner les structures des sociétés, les entités juridiques, les informations relatives aux UBO et les autres données KYC pertinentes.
  • Contacter les clients afin de collecter les informations et documents manquants et assurer le suivi des dossiers.
  • Appliquer les procédures et exigences KYC, y compris les exigences internationales et cross-border.
  • Encoder et maintenir à jour les informations clients dans les systèmes KYC internes.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les Relationship Managers, Compliance et les autres parties prenantes internes.
  • Suivre l'avancement des revues KYC et escalader les problèmes ou dossiers complexes lorsque nécessaire.
  • Garantir un haut niveau de qualité et de précision tout au long du processus KYC.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en KYC, idéalement dans un environnement Corporate Banking ou financier.
  • Bonne connaissance des processus KYC/AML, des clients Corporate et des entités juridiques.
  • À l'aise dans les échanges avec les clients et les interlocuteurs internes dans un environnement international.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et grande attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille de dossiers tout en respectant les délais et les exigences de qualité.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Profil structuré, proactif et à l'aise dans un environnement réglementé.
  • Bachelor ou Master en Économie, Finance, Business, Droit ou domaine similaire.
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office et capacité à utiliser rapidement les outils et systèmes KYC.

Langues : Français et néerlandais courants, avec un bon niveau d'anglais professionnel.
