Wat ga je doen als L&D Consultant? - Je ontwikkelt leercontent die raakt, van interactieve e-learnings tot blended leertrajecten - Je adviseert en begeleidt klanten bij de implementatie van leerplatform BeWizr en vertaalt hun vragen naar slimme, digitale oplossingen - Je maakt plannen samen met de klant voor toekomstige doorontwikkelingen op basis van nieuwe trends en doelstellingen van de klant - Je werkt samen met collega's en klanten in co-creatie aan leeroplossingen die passen bij hun praktijk - Je houdt de ontwikkelingen in learning tech nauwlettend in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar innovatieve toepassingen binnen BeWizr Wat neem jij mee? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding en minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen van leercontent en/of het begeleiden van implementaties - Je hebt gevoel voor IT en digitale tools, en je wordt enthousiast van leren met technologie - Je denkt graag mee, durft initiatief te nemen en schakelt makkelijk tussen creatief en analytisch werk - Je bent communicatief sterk en krijgt energie van klantcontact Wat bieden wij jou? - Een afwisselende rol in een innovatief team - Ruimte voor creativiteit, initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Bijdragen aan de groei van ons unieke platform BeWizr - Flexibiliteit en hybride werken, met oog voor werkplezier en balans - Een contract van 24 ...
