L&D Medewerker Hey verbinder en organisatietalent, klaar om impact te maken op hoe organisaties leren, ontwikkelen en veranderen? Zodat leeroplossingen écht een verschil maken op de werkvloer? Dan ben jij de L&D Medewerker wie we zoeken. Als L&D Medewerker is geen dag hetzelfde. De opleidingsgroep Gilde-BT is namelijk werkzaam in de retail, maakindustrie, zorg, overheid en meer. Iedere opdracht is anders: van blended trainingen tot bedrijfsacademies, van e-learnings tot opleidingstrajecten. Je werkt ondersteunend aan projecten én je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen projecten. Regelmatig zitten we als L&D team samen. Omdat we veel bij opdrachtgevers werken, zien we elkaar soms wat minder (of vooral via teams), maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen met analyses en adviseren bij opdrachtgevers - Ontwikkelen van (blended) trainingen, e-learnings en bedrijfsacademies - Ondersteunen met implementeren en begeleiden van leeroplossingen bij opdrachtgevers - Door ontwikkelen van ons interne trainingsaanbod - Meedenken over kansen voor ons intern én bij onze opdrachtgevers - Wil je in de toekomst trainingen gaan geven? Dan kan dat ook! Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een opleiding richting L&D/HRD of vergelijkbaar - Je hebt werkervaring in leren & ontwikkelen, dit is een pre - Je hebt ervaring met digitale leeromgevingen, LMS/LXP-systemen of implementatieprojecten, ook dit is een pre - Je bent nieuwsgierig en stelt van nature al veel vragen - Je werkt graag samen én ook zelfstandig kom je tot je recht.
