Als L&O Specialist b ij RadarSel ect ben jij de inhoudelijke expert binnen onze organisatie op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert collega's, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers over leren en ontwikkelen - Je stelt opleidingscatalogi samen en ontwikkelt deze verder - Je analyseert leerinterventies en vertaalt data naar advies - Je beoordeelt opleiders, trainingen en leveranciers op kwaliteit - Je signaleert kansen om opdrachtgevers beter te ondersteunen Zet jouw expertise in voor leren en ontwikkelen bij maatschappelijke organisaties Je begrijpt hoe interne L&O-teams bij opdrachtgevers werken. Je kent de uitdagingen waar zij dagelijks tegenaan lopen en weet wat organisaties nodig hebben om leren en ontwikkelen goed te organiseren. Vanuit die kennis help je RadarSelect haar rol als opleidingenbroker optimaal te vervullen. Je analyseert trends en resultaten, beoordeelt de kwaliteit van leveranciers zoals opleiders en trainingsbureaus, adviseert over het opleidingsaanbod en ondersteunt opdrachtgevers met inzichten en analyses. Daarbij schakel je dagelijks tussen opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, het inkoopteam en accountmanagement. Zo draag je bij aan een kwalitatief sterk, passend en toekomstbestendig leeraanbod voor grote publieke organisaties zoals het COA en de Gemeente Rotterdam. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je de inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega's, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Je kijkt verder dan de losse opleidingsaanvraag en denkt mee over wat een organisatie echt nodig heeft om leren en ontwikkelen goed neer te zetten.
