Wat ga je doen?Als laadmeester werk je in een groot distributiecentrum in Amersfoort. Samen met het nachtteam zorg je ervoor dat alle vrachtwagens volgens planning worden geladen en vertrekken. Je werkt meestal van ongeveer 21.00 uur tot 05.30 uur. Tijdens jouw dienst houd je overzicht over de laadwerkzaamheden en stuur je het proces waar nodig bij. Ontbreekt er een zending of is een vrachtwagen niet correct geladen? Dan grijp jij direct in en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Ook help je collega's bij vragen en ondersteun je nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun eerste periode. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens met rolcontainers • Controleren van zendingen op juistheid en compleetheid • Ondersteunen en aansturen van collega's tijdens de nachtdienst • Werken in gekoelde ruimtes en vriesomgevingen • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen het logistieke procesJe haalt energie uit het organiseren van werkzaamheden, het behalen van planningen en het samenwerken met collega's.

Functie-eisen: Wat vragen wij?Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand met ervaring binnen de logistiek die zelfstandig kan werken en overzicht bewaart tijdens drukke diensten. Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk een soepel laadproces is voor klanten en transporteurs. Daarnaast vragen wij:

• MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een logistieke functie • Rijbewijs C en E • Basiskennis van WMS- of ERP-systemen • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal voor communicatie en veiligheidsinstructiesDaarnaast ben je fysiek fit en vind je het geen probleem om te werken in verschillende temperatuurzones.
