Als Lab Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat analyses correct worden uitgevoerd, resultaten betrouwbaar zijn en kwaliteitsrisico's tijdig worden opgespoord. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen labo, kwaliteit, productie en commerciële afdelingen. Dankzij jouw overzicht, analytische blik en gestructureerde aanpak blijven processen vlot verlopen en worden verbeteringen effectief doorgevoerd. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, technologie en klantgerichtheid hand in hand gaan.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je coördinatie, kwaliteitsbewaking en technische expertise.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse laboactiviteiten
  • Prioriteiten afstemmen samen met de Quality Manager
  • Opvolgen van analyses, testen en kwaliteitscontroles
  • Interpreteren van analyseresultaten en testgegeven
  • Beoordelen en vrijgeven van producten en grondstoffen
  • Detecteren van afwijkingen en kwaliteitsrisico's
  • Analyseren van trends en formuleren van verbeteracties
  • Opvolgen van leverancierskwaliteit en eventuele klachten
  • Beheer van laboapparatuur, kalibraties en onderhoud
  • Actualiseren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie en procedures
  • Ondersteunen van het labo bij piekmomenten of afwezigheden

Je krijgt hierbij de ruimte om processen kritisch te bekijken en mee te bouwen aan een nog professionelere kwaliteitswerking.

Voor deze functie kijken we zowel naar ervaren professionals als ambitieuze starters met de juiste ingesteldheid.

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over:

  • Een bachelor of master in chemie, textieltechnologie, kwaliteitsmanagement of een technische richting
  • Interesse in kwaliteit, laboanalyses en productieprocessen
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met oog voor detail

Kennis van textiel, chemie of een productieomgeving is een sterke troef. Ervaring met statistische analyses, kwaliteitsmethodieken of labo-omgevingen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must.
