Wat ga je doen als Labo Operator?

Als Labo Operator maak je deel uit van ons stalen productieteam en word je ingeschakeld voor de productie van stalen die gebruikt worden om machines mee te testen in een farmaceutische productie-omgeving. Deze stalen bevatten bepaalde defecten die door jou in het labo worden aangebracht. Je rapporteert aan de technisch directeur.

Concreet houdt dit volgende taken in:

  • Planning, coördinatie en productie van stalen
  • Organisatie van inkomende, tussentijdse en uitgaande materialen
  • verzendingen organiseren (zowel ingaand als uitgaand)
  • Werken in een ‘laminaire flow kast'
  • Werken met een digitale microscoop
  • Afvullen en sluiten van containers, zoals flesjes, spuiten, …
  • Creëren van defecten met het nodige ‘fijne gereedschap’, zoals:
  • zeer kleine deeltjes (100 micron en groter) van verschillende materialen barsten in glazen containers …
  • Beheer van de ruwe data
  • Reinigen van containers
  • Opvolgen van klachten
  • Steriliseren van containers en onderdelen
  • Nemen van digitale foto’s met microscoop
  • Documenteren van resultaten in Excel
  • Werken worden gedeeltelijk uitgevoerd in ‘coverall’ en met ‘haarnetje’

Wat wordt van jou verwacht?

Competenties:

  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en ‘stap voor stap’ gecontroleerd en gedocumenteerd werken zit in je genen
  • PC vaardig en kunnen werken met Excel
  • Punctueel en zelfstandig

Ervaring:

  • Geen specifieke ervaring vereist.
  • Ervaring in laboof GMP (Pharma) omgeving, zeker in een visuele inspectie omgeving, is een pluspunt.
  • gebruik van de meest courante office toepassingen (excel, word, outlook) heeft geen geheimen voor jou.

Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve skills kan jij je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en ook in het Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.

Dankzij jouw sterke organisatorische skills kan jij op eigen houtje de productie draaiend houden en zorgen dat de teststalen tijdig bij onze klanten geraken. Hiervoor hou jij de planning steeds goed in de gaten.

Een geregulariseerde (GMP) omgeving is voor jou geen probleem: je respecteert de procedures van de farmaceutische klant nauwgezet.

En je hebt vooral de ambitie om mee te groeien in een bedrijf in volle expansie en je te verdiepen in deze technologie.

Je bent flexibel en klantgericht ingesteld.
