Jouw uitdaging

Ben jij nauwkeurig, praktisch ingesteld en heb je interesse in kwaliteit en bouwproducten? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken!

Als Labomedewerker QC speel je een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de kwaliteit van onze producten en ondersteun je zowel onze productie- als R&D-teams.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

✅ Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen, halffabricaten en afgewerkte producten volgens de geldende kwaliteitsprocedures.

✅ Ondersteunen van de productie bij het valideren van grondstoffen en machine-omstellingen.

✅ Verzorgen van de bemonstering van productiestalen volgens het kwaliteitssysteem.

✅ Onderzoeken van klachten en afwijkingen (non-conformiteiten) en meewerken aan oplossingen.

✅ Ondersteunen van de R&D-afdeling door het uitvoeren van routinetesten voor lopende projecten.

✅ Voorbereiden van testmaterialen en onderhouden van laboratoriumapparatuur.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de QC Manager.

Wie zoeken wij?

Graduaat of Bachelor in de Scheikunde.

Je werkt zelfstandig en bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (6u - 14.30u / 13u30 - 22u) afgewisseld met een dagstelsel : 07u45 - 17u)

Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als laborant of kwaliteitsmedewerker in een productieomgeving.

Je bent vlot in het gebruik van de courante pc-toepassingen.

Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.

Affiniteit met bouwtoepassingen zoals betegelen, bepleisteren, egaliseren of voegen is een troef.

Je bent leergierig en hebt oog voor detail.
