Wij ondersteunen bedrijven en organisaties in de voedingsindustrie met betrouwbare analyses van residuen van pesticiden, contaminanten, en allergenen in levensmiddelen en diervoeders.

PRIMORIS groeit en bloeit. Momenteel zoeken we voor PRIMORIS Belgium in Zwijnaarde een enthousiaste ondersteuning voor onze afdeling Staalregistratie en Staalvoorbereiding: Labomedewerker Staalregistratie en Staalvoorbereiding

Jouw rol binnen ons team?

  • Als medewerker staalregistratie
  • zorg je voor de correcte inschrijving van de aangeleverde stalen waardoor het staal klaar staat voor analyse,
  • sta je in voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening naar klanten en de administratieve en organisatorische opvolging van dossiers, teneinde een correcte en vlotte klantenservice te garanderen en tevreden klanten te maken en te behouden.
  • Als medewerker staalvoorbereiding help je mee met de correcte eerste verwerking van de aangeleverde stalen, waardoor het staal klaar staat voor extractie.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Je helpt bij de ontvangst en registratie van stalen: het ontvangen en openen van de dozen en zakken, data input in het computersysteem, foto’s nemen van de stalen en aanvraagformulieren digitaal klasseren.
  • Je zorgt voor de correcte inschrijving van de aangeleverde stalen waardoor het staal klaar is voor analyse.
  • Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de collega’s van je team.
  • Je bereidt efficiënt allerlei taken voor met betrekking tot logistieke zendingen.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten, koeriers en leveranciers.
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve ondersteuning van de collega’s van de klantendienst.
  • Je springt bij op de afdeling staalvoorbereiding wanneer het nodig is.

Ervaring

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door minimaal 2 à 3 jaar werkervaring in vergelijkbare sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met computerwerk (nodig voor LIMS) en administratie
  • Ervaring in een labo is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Office (vlot gebruik van Word, Excel, Outlook,...)

  • Je bent bereid tot werken in flexibele uurroosters ussen 7u30 en 19u, en eventueel in 2-ploegen indien de organisatie dit nodig heeft.
