Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Midden-Limburg zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en analytisch ingestelde Laborant. Als Laborant speel jij een belangrijke rol in het bewaken en verder verbeteren van de kwaliteit van betonproducten. Je voert verschillende onderzoeken, metingen en controles uit op grondstoffen en betonmengsels en beoordeelt de resultaten hiervan. Met jouw bevindingen draag je direct bij aan een betrouwbaar productieproces en een constante productkwaliteit. Naast de dagelijkse kwaliteitscontroles denk je mee over verbeteringen van bestaande mengsels en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe toepassingen. Daarbij krijg je ook te maken met innovatieve en duurzamere grondstoffen. Een interessante functie voor iemand die kwaliteit, techniek en onderzoek graag met elkaar combineert. Jouw werkzaamheden als Laborant bestaan o.a. uit: - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen, betonmengsels en geproduceerde betonproducten; - Uitvoeren van verschillende laboratoriumproeven, metingen en analyses; - Maken en testen van proefstukken om de eigenschappen en kwaliteit van beton te beoordelen; - Verwerken, beoordelen en registreren van meet- en onderzoeksresultaten; - Controleren en kalibreren van meet- en laboratoriumapparatuur; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en onderzoeken van mogelijke oorzaken; - Adviseren over mogelijke verbeteringen van betonrecepturen; - Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en testen van nieuwe betonmengsels; - Meewerken aan onderzoek naar alternatieve en duurzamere grondstoffen; - Bijdragen aan een constante kwaliteit en verdere optimalisatie van het productieproces.
