  • Werk je graag nauwkeurig, maar durf je ook in actie te komen wanneer iets niet klopt? Dan is deze functie als QC Laborant/Kwaliteitscontroleur misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving binnen de voeding. Als QC Laborant/Kwaliteitscontroleur bewaak je mee de kwaliteit van grondstof tot afgewerkt product.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van ingangscontroles en staalnames van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit tijdens productie en verpakking, onder andere op volume, kleur, verpakking, metaal en X-Ray.
  • Opvolgen van nieuwe productieruns en ondersteunen van productiemedewerkers.
  • Toezien op CCP’s en de geldende hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Afwijkingen, problemen of vragen tijdig opmerken en op een constructieve manier actie ondernemen.
  • Rapporteren van bevindingen aan de verantwoordelijke.

Voor deze functie is een bacheloropleiding in voeding, chemie of labo belangrijk. Ervaring binnen een productie- of voedingsomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw motivatie en nauwkeurigheid maken het verschil.

Verder:

  • Je hebt affiniteit met voeding en werkt kritisch en alert.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft initiatief te nemen wanneer iets niet volgens plan verloopt.
  • Nederlands spreek je vlot, kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Werken in 2 ploegen (5u-13u en 13u-21u) binnen een productieomgeving vormt voor jou geen probleem.
