Ben jij nauwkeurig, analytisch ingesteld en wil je meewerken aan de kwaliteit van producten in een productieomgeving in Zonhoven? Krijg je energie van controles, analyses en het bewaken van hoge kwaliteitsnormen? Dan is deze functie als laborant iets voor jou.

Als laborant speel je een cruciale rol binnen de kwaliteitsafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, tussenproducten en eindproducten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde specificaties en kwaliteitsvereisten.

Jouw taken:

  • Je voert diverse analyses uit op grondstoffen, tussenproducten en eindproducten.
  • Je vergelijkt de analyseresultaten met de geldende specificaties en rapporteert afwijkingen.
  • Je voert controles uit aan de productielijnen en ondersteunt de operatoren tijdens het productieproces.
  • Je overlegt met operatoren en leidinggevenden en helpt mee bij het bijsturen van processen waar nodig.
  • Je neemt initiatief om kwaliteit, efficiëntie en werkwijzen verder te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt het onderhoud en de opvolging van het kwaliteitssysteem volgens de geldende normen en procedures.
  • Je werkt tijdens de opleiding in een 2-ploegenstelsel (06.00 - 14.00 en 14.00 - 22.00 uur).

Je beschikt over een graduaat of bachelor als laborant, voedingstechnoloog of een gelijkaardige richting.

Heb je geen diploma maar wel relevante ervaring binnen een kwaliteits- of labo-omgeving? Dan kom je ook zeker in aanmerking.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht.

Je bent vlot met cijfers en verwerkt gegevens correct en gestructureerd.

Kennis van drankenproductie, microbiologische technieken, HACCP of kwaliteitssystemen is een pluspunt.

Je kan vlot werken met MS Office, waaronder Excel, Word en PowerPoint.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
