The posting

Voor onze productieomgeving zoeken we een Laborant QC/R&D. Iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, een goed oog heeft voor kleur, graag onderzoekt en energie haalt uit het zoeken naar oplossingen. Geen functie waarin je enkel testen uitvoert, maar een rol waarin je mee waakt over onze kwaliteit én actief bijdraagt aan nieuwe producten, processen en verbeteringen.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

Als Laborant QC/R&D ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren, beoordelen en documenteren van laboratoriumtesten in het kader van kwaliteitscontrole en R&D. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit doorheen het productieproces en ondersteunt R&D-projecten door gerichte proeven uit te voeren en resultaten te analyseren.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Kwaliteitsopvolging: Je voert ingangscontroles, productiecontroles en kleurcontroles uit. Je beoordeelt de resultaten en kleurverschillen, signaleert afwijkingen en volgt terugkerende problemen op.
  • R&D en laboproeven: Je voert labotesten en gerichte proeven uit in het kader van lopende R&D-projecten. Je bespreekt de resultaten met de betrokken collega’s en denkt mee over mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Probleemoplossing: Je onderzoekt afwijkende testresultaten en kwaliteitsproblemen en brengt mogelijke oorzaken in kaart. Samen met kwaliteit en productie werk je aan gerichte oplossingen.
  • Continue verbetering: Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en verbeterpunten en denkt mee over acties om onze kwaliteit en processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Administratie en rapportering: Je registreert testresultaten, kleurmetingen en andere kwaliteitsgegevens correct en zorgt ervoor dat informatie duidelijk beschikbaar is voor de betrokken collega’s.

We zoeken vooral iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, graag bijleert en niet stopt bij het vaststellen van een probleem.

  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd in een laboratoriumgerichte of technische richting en hebt interesse in kwaliteitscontrole en R&D.
  • Je wilt je verdiepen in onze producten, kleuren en het achterliggende productieproces.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, hebt oog voor details en hebt een goed gevoel voor kleur en kleurverschillen.
  • Je denkt analytisch en vindt het interessant om testresultaten te onderzoeken en te begrijpen wat er achter een afwijking zit.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en denkt graag mee over nieuwe oplossingen, testen en verbeteringen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk en zorgt ervoor dat resultaten correct worden uitgevoerd en geregistreerd.
  • Ervaring in een laboratorium of productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.
