Jobomschrijving

Als cargo handler voor de luchthaven Oostende/Brugge ben je verantwoordelijk voor de fysieke afhandeling van vluchten.

Wat moet je precies doen?

  • Je bouwt zelfstandig de palletten en de vracht op zodat die klaarstaan om in een vliegtuig geladen te worden
  • Omgekeerd ontmantel je de palletten van de inkomende vluchten
  • Je doet het laden en lossen van zowel vrachtwagens als passagiers- en cargovliegtuigen
  • Je doet alle handelingen die nodig zijn rond het vliegtuig (onder andere bagage laden, kegels en blokken plaatsen etc)
  • Je behandelt de vrachtgoederen en bagage volgens strikte procedures
  • Uiteraard volg je de strikte veiligheidsprocedures op en zorg je voor orde en netheid in het warehouse en rondom de vliegtuigen en de vrachtwagens

Wie ben jij?

  • Flexibel zijn naar werktijden: shiften en weekend
  • Nederlands vlot kunnen spreken
  • Stressbestendig zijn
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar over een teamgeest beschikken
  • Een rijbewijs B hebben
  • Ervaring hebben in een logistieke omgeving, als pluspunt
