Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Paket- und Logistikunternehmen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Vorarbeiter im Lager (m/w/d).

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche Anleitung eines kleinen Teams und unterstützen gleichzeitig aktiv im operativen Lagerbereich. 1 Lagerarbeiter*in mit Staplerschein / Teamleiter*in Ihre Aufgaben:

·Fachliche Anleitung und Koordination eines Teams von ca. 7-9 Mitarbeiter:innen

·Organisation und Überwachung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe

·Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Lagerbetriebs

·Unterstützung des Teams bei allen anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Lager

·Be- und Entladen sowie innerbetrieblicher Transport von Waren und Materialien

·Bedienung von Flurförderfahrzeugen und Staplern

·Gelegentliches Heben und Bewegen von Teilen mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 20 kg

·Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsvorschriften

Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen

Ihr Profil:

·Erfahrung im Lagerbereich, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung

·Staplerschein und entsprechende Fahrpraxis

·Verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

·Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen

·Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen

·Körperliche Belastbarkeit für die gelegentlich anfallenden Hebe- und Tragetätigkeiten

·Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Bereitschaft, selbst aktiv im Lager mitzuarbeiten
