Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung, Organisation und Koordination eines Lagerteams von bis zu 8 Mitarbeiter

* Personal- und Einsatzplanung sowie Einschulung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

* Koordination und Überwachung des gesamten Lagerbetriebs

* Organisation und Steuerung von Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Warenausgang

* Vorbereitung und Koordination von Versandaufträgen

* Bestandskontrolle und Durchführung von Inventuren

* Klärung und Bearbeitung von Fehlmengen, Bestandsdifferenzen und Abweichungen

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von Retouren

* Erstellung und Kontrolle von Lieferscheinen, Packlisten und Versandunterlagen

* Abstimmung und Koordination mit Speditionen und Transportunternehmen

* Sicherstellung einer ordentlichen, sauberen und effizienten Lagerorganisation

* Einhaltung und Überwachung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsstandards

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung des Teams bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Lager-, Logistik- oder Speditionsbereich

* Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung, idealerweise als Lagerleiter, Schichtleiter oder Teamleiter

* Gültiger Staplerschein und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen

* Gute Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltung, Bestandsmanagement und logistischen Prozessen

* Erfahrung mit ERP- oder WMS-Systemen von Vorteil

* Souveräne Deutschkenntnisse

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, im operativen Tagesgeschäft aktiv mitzuarbeiten
