Für unseren Kunden im Raum Linz suchen wir 1 Lagerleiter_in / Leitung Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

In dieser Position übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Lagerteams und sorgst für eine effiziente Personaleinsatz- und Ressourcenplanung. Du verantwortest die Abläufe von der Warenannahme über Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Verpackung bis zum Versand und stellst eine hohe Bestandsgenauigkeit sowie verlässliche Qualitätsstandards sicher. Darüber hinaus analysierst du relevante Leistungskennzahlen, koordinierst Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen und arbeitest eng mit den angrenzenden Unternehmensbereichen zusammen. Bei neuen Kunden, Prozessänderungen oder internen Projekten bringst du dich aktiv ein und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Lager- und IT-Systeme. Auch im Tagesgeschäft bist du präsent und packst bei Bedarf selbst mit an.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Steuerung und Organisation operativer Lagerprozesse

* Erfahrung in der Personal- und Einsatzplanung

* Sicherer Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungs- bzw. Warehouse-Management-Systemen

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Verständnis für Kennzahlen, Produktivität und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Kenntnisse in Lean Management, KVP oder Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Führungsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und organisatorisches Geschick

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team

* Gültiger Staplerschein

Gehalt

Entlohnung laut KV Spedition und Logistik LG 2. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung richtet sich nach Qualifikation, Einsatzbereich sowie Zulagen und liegt zwischen EUR 3.000,- und EUR 4.000,- brutto pro Monat.
